Ii. After-sales service
1. The equipment shall be guaranteed for one year under normal use (the warranty period shall be one year from the date of completion of acceptance, and the date shall be extended to one year if the equipment quality problem causes the buyer to be unable to use the equipment). During the warranty period, if the main machine is damaged due to non-human reasons, the supplier shall be responsible for free repair and replacement of parts.
2. Fault maintenance: the supplier shall make a troubleshooting plan for the user within 2 hours and notify the user. If the problem cannot be solved, the supplier shall send someone to provide door-to-door service within 24-48 hours within the province and within 48-72 hours outside the province.
3. Within the warranty period, only maintenance costs will be charged for faults or damages caused by man-made or natural disasters.
4. During the warranty period, the warranty service can be completed in the following three ways:
A. Telephone reply: the supplier shall send professional staff for telephone reply and guidance;
B. On-site maintenance: if on-site maintenance is needed, the supplier shall send professional personnel to the site where the equipment is used for maintenance;
C. Return to the factory for repair: the supplier and the supplier shall negotiate to send the equipment back to the supplier for repair.
5. In addition to the warranty period, if the equipment exceeds the warranty period, the supplier shall be responsible for lifelong maintenance, and expenses incurred in the maintenance process (including personnel costs, equipment parts maintenance costs, etc.) shall be borne by the demander.
6. Description of non-warranty scope
1) malfunction or damage caused by abnormal operation (man-made or natural disaster);
2) all faults caused by operation of non-trained personnel;
3) damage caused by disassembly and modification of any part (such as microcomputer, host computer, circuit, etc.) without the consent of the supplier;
4) without the consent of the supplier, any virus software is installed, any computer files are deleted or self-registration number is deleted to cause damage to the equipment.
Iii. Transportation mode of equipment:
1. All equipment is made of wood packing boxes and transported by special automobile logistics line.
2. The seller is responsible for transporting the equipment to the buyer's factory.
